All orders are subject to availability. Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where necessary, including if an item is unavailable or there is an obvious error in the product description or price. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund for any payment already made.

We make every effort to ensure that our product descriptions, photographs and colours are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations in colour, appearance or finish may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings and the individual nature of each piece.

All prices displayed on our website are in INR unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, although this will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through the payment methods available at checkout.

Orders are expected to arrive within approximately 8–9 business days. Delivery times may occasionally vary due to courier delays, public holidays or circumstances outside of our control. Please ensure that your delivery details are correct when placing your order, as we cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. All purchases are final, except where an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect due to an error on our part. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Our jewellery should be handled with care. We recommend keeping pieces away from water, perfumes, lotions, chemicals and excessive moisture and storing them in a dry, safe place when not being worn. We cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper care, accidental damage or normal wear and tear.

All content on our website, including our logo, branding, photographs, product designs, text and graphics, belongs to Bejweled or is used with permission. This content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to misuse, interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or its systems. We take reasonable care to ensure that our website, products and services are accurate and reliable, but cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, technical issues or events outside our control.
